Full Service Wedding Planning and Design
At SpurDesign Events we work with you planning every detail of your wedding! We know you are busy and that planning a wedding is overwhelming. A lot of you may not live here locally. That is what we are here to help with! We work closely with vendor selection, event design, day of details, etiquette, and so much more. our Full Service Wedding Planning and Design includes assistance with hiring vendors, negotiating contracts, and addressing every little detail that arises when planning your wedding. In addition, we will work to help you develop your overall design theme creating a unique and memorable event.
Day of Wedding Coordination
We know that you have planned all the details, you may have done a lot of DIY projects, your family and friends have worked with you to bring your personality to your wedding! We want hear about your plans so that we can coordinate all of your fantastic details so that you are a gorgeous and relaxed bride on your day. We work with you to bring your plans to reality!
Services included, but not limited to:
- Dedicated Wedding Coordinator available via phone and email during your planning.
- Two coordination meetings leading up to your wedding, including a venue walk through.
- Detailed timeline creation for the day of the event.
- Assistance with your rehearsal coordination and walk through.
- Timeline to be handed out to bridal party at the rehearsal.
- Provide vendor recommendations.
- Coordination with vendors.
- Wedding coordinator, and assistant if needed, available unlimited hours on wedding day.
- Supervise vendor setup at ceremony and reception location.
- Setup of personal ceremony and reception items.
- Attend to the requests of the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and Parents of the Bride and Groom all day long.
- Manage timeline and execution of reception events.
- Pack up gifts and personal items.
Design Services
Weddings are about sharing with your style and personality as a newlyweds couple with your family and friends while incorporating family traditions. SpurDesign Events works with you to create visual memories while creating new traditions of your own. We will meet with you to sketch out your wedding design and create a design book that brings your vision to life through colors, florals, linens, furniture, lighting, paper goods, and textures.
